REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The return address is set by default to the HappyBoca facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If HappyBoca's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

REASONS FOR RETURNS

1. Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

2. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

3. Returned by Customer - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.

4. Confirmed Orders - Once the User has clicked on the "confirm" button, it is not possible to edit or cancel the order. If the User wants to change some parameters, like the Customer address, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. HappyBoca is not bound to make such modifications in User's order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. Replacement of Products and credits to the Member's account for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to HappyBoca’s investigation and discretion.

HappyBoca will review replacement/return requests, if the Product is missing or damaged. HappyBoca is not responsible for incorrectly provided Customer names, addresses, etc.

Disclaimer:
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, franchiser-franchisee relationship, etc. is intended or created by this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have all the necessary permits to grant us with Customers’ personal data to fulfill this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In our sole discretion, we may assign this Agreement upon notice to you. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement.

No-Hassle Return Policy

Any issue that you may have with your order, we will work with you to make things right. You can return products that are defective/damaged/not as described within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund or replacement. To return a product, please contact us HERE to obtain an RMA and a pre-paid shipping label. Please do not refuse the package and/or ship it back without contacting us first, as this usually results in problems. To qualify for a full refund, the item should contain all original accessories and be returned in the original packaging. We will promptly credit your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc) upon receipt of your return. We cover all costs on defective items so you will never be out a dime if you receive something that is defective/damaged/not as described.

Shipping
On-Time Delivery 10-35 days worldwide. You will receive a series of emails after your order has been confirmed so that you will always be kept up to date on the status of your order. You will be able to track the order with the tracking number we send you using our order tracking page found here: ORDER TRACKING

Many of our items are made to order.  Please know that there is a 14 day crafting period for each of these.

All US orders will be shipped using either FedEx or USPS priority mail. A tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided when placing the order. Normal shipping times for US orders are around 2-3 business days after the item is sent unless you paid for faster delivery.

International shipping cost is calculated by product weight and shipping address. A tracking number will be provided, but once the item is outside of the US, it will not be tracked. Please allow 7-14 business days for international shipping as each country's system for delivering packages is different.

Payment of customs fees or duties is your responsibility and is due at the time of delivery. For more information on customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office.
